Tizi Labs began with a frustration we kept seeing across Nairobi: businesses paying for software that looked finished on launch day and started failing soon after. Payments that failed silently, apps that slowed to a crawl at month-end, and systems nobody could explain once the original developer moved on.

So we built a studio around the opposite habit. In just over a year we have shipped more than twenty systems across five industries, from a nationwide gym membership network to savings-group platforms, marketplaces and logistics services, and almost every client has come back to build the next thing with us.

Our philosophy is simple: we don't cut corners on the parts nobody sees. Customer data stays protected, payments reconcile to the shilling, every release can be rolled back, and the code is written so your own team can understand it. If our name is on a system, we stay accountable for how it runs.
