Tizi+: one membership, every gym.
Tizi+ lets members train at any gym in their tier with a single plan, paid by M-Pesa or card, with no auto-renewal. Gyms join free, sell their own packages through the app and get paid for every visit, straight to M-Pesa or the bank.
The problem
Gyms sell long contracts, so people who travel, train casually or want variety rarely sign up. Tizi+ needed one membership that many independent gyms would honour, with every gym paid fairly for real visits and protected from abuse.
What we built
Member and gym Android apps plus a web dashboard: QR check-in at the door, tier-enforced access, payments verified with Paystack before activation, and per-visit wallet payouts withdrawable to M-Pesa or bank, with squads, referrals and workout tracking.
The result
A live, nationwide marketplace. Gyms join with no fees and earn from capacity that would otherwise sit empty; members pay once, are never silently re-charged, and train wherever their tier allows.

SuperGarage: help when your car stops.
Drivers stuck on the road get a vetted mechanic sent to them, nearest first, and can buy tyres that fit from sellers SuperGarage invited and checked. Card or M-PESA, no membership.
The problem
Breaking down in Kenya usually means calling strangers from a classifieds site and sharing your exact location with whoever answers. SuperGarage needed help that arrives fast, from people it can vouch for, without putting drivers at risk.
What we built
A web platform with apps for drivers and garages: dispatch that offers each job to the closest mechanics first, a location that stays approximate until the driver accepts, live tracking, tow prices shown up front, a tyre marketplace searchable by fitment, and card and M-PESA payments split between platform and vendor.
The result
Live across Kenya with 24/7 roadside callouts, from punctures to towing. Every disclosure of a driver's location is recorded, reviews come only from completed jobs, and any vendor can be suspended the same day.
